Help!

I keep on getting an invalid account information sign whenever I got to play online, I have got everythjing in the proper case and have right cd code and have changed my account and it still gives me invalid account information Please, help me find someway to fix this

Here is some info from the Apothecary forum about problems logging into GameSpy:

this shld then bring up the 'continue' button. hit it and you shld start to log in. this takes a little while to process, but it shld bring up another pre-screen that says 'internet games'. click on that and it shld take you to the foyer.

I just got done from trying your suggestions, and it still doesent work, used VI cd code exact e-mail and user name and proper CD code, I have no idea as to why it dosent work, any help would be much appreciated.

Login there and see what your exact username is. It has to be exactly right :)

Okay Sgt. A few more things to ask/try. Do you press the ENTER key after typing in your CD-key? Are you including the - when you type in the CD-key? Have you tried just logging into GameSpy via GameSpy Arcade? Can you get in that way?

Your suggestions have been tried and it still says my account details are incorrect, I have the proper version and exact password, username etc. CD code is in proper letter case and it still doesent work.

Are you able to log into GameSpy via GameSpy Arcade instead of within the game? If you can, then at least we know you have the account information right. After that, I'm wondering if you have a bad CD key. It has happened before.

Yes my Gmaespy account is correct an I can log in, for the CD code I'm using Viking Invasion's and I have no way to tell if it's bad.
