So the thing to do would be to lobby them and ask them to fix the fault, as it seems they do not appear to know of any fault.

The death of online MI/WE would appear to be premature based on their response

Ok, a little more info. so you can establish the problem.

Players have no problem logging on to the Shogun Total War server, however, having checked at least a dozen Forums and experiencing the problem myself, noone is able to connect to the Mongol Invasion/Warlord (expansion pack) MP server the following message is given "Failed to Connect"
