Try France on the Glorious Achievement mode...their Goals will make you scramble all your resources to accomplish them. Boy o boy - pick something easy if you need to got rusty. I just recently finished Homeworld2 and now, coming back to the good old MTW I picked Spain. From your options France seems OK...
