Yes. That happens usually a few weeks after you have been promoted to senior patron. This is done by Tosa, but don't ask me what criteria he has for that.

I think it just happens, thats what happened to me.

It just kinda happens. It is simply an acclimation period of maybe a week or two (or less sometimes). Your restrictions are only in posting in the Tavern where a patron is most likely to get into trouble by losing their cool in a heated discussion.
