Pardon me if this as been gone over before or is a lame topic, but when are videos used? I know about assassinations, victories, defeats, and that's it. Could anybody enlighten me on this, please?

You mean the shogun ones, correct? As far as I know there are ones for assasinations by ninja of each target type, failures of those assasinations, assasinations by geisha of each target type, the ending, the beggining, and successions. The game also has several seppuku movies, but I've never seen them play.

You get a seppuku video when a daimyo retreats or is defeated, but has nowhere to retreat to. He has been defeated and can fight no more, so he commits seppuku.

My favourite movies have to be the ones of the poor, poor ninja trying to kill a geshia. It kinda reminds me of a teenaged boy trying to ask the most popular girl in school out on a date. The results are similar.

I think 'stupid' is more appropriate: the only reason you can't see her is because the lamp is between her head and the camera. But the lamp is NOT between her and the ninja
