As I am sure you have all heard, the Middle Earth: Total War mod is having some trouble. After suffering the loss of it's leader, the esteemed Duke John, work on the mod has stalled and there is a crisis: nobody knows what to do or who to look to. As such, I have taken it upon myself to take stock of our position and try and get the ball rolling again.

I was never a member of the team, in fact, I am not even a modder or artist; nevertheless, I do not want to see this die. I know there is demand for this project, and there must be talent enough to get it done.

This is a recruiting call. Everyone who does not want to see this die must go to the Middle Earth: Total War forums (http://www.metw.net/forum) (www.metw.net/forum if that link doesn't work) and post there. I have started a topic in The Prancing Pony where all who wish to work should give their name, skills, etc... If you have no experience but wish to do something, go ahead and post there, by all means Once we have a list of people, we'll see what we can do.

DJ, if this isn't right or anything in your opinion, let me know, please Same goes for the rest of the ME:TW team

Remember: Middle Earth wants you

First I want to say I don't want to see ME:TW to die too.

But this thread makes me wonder: if there are already so many of you in the team, and still you are obviously not able to finish the thing on your own, how could I possibly help? http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/gc-confused.gif

I remember there was a time when ME:TW team wouldn't accept any new members simply because their ranks were overcrowded. I can picture this situation occuring again after they sign in another horde of enthusiasts, who have nothing else to offer but their enthusiasm (some even openly stated that as I remember). http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/flat.gif

Greetings
I from Ukraine, Odessa.
The last autumn I began job above METW.
But the collective has broken up also job has calmed down... (familiar situation?)
But recently has found out about your project.
I did not see it in operation, and I do not know on what of a stage it at you is, but probably we could unit efforts for the sake of one purpose
I saw units from yours mod. They are magnificent. By the way, the same man made the images for HelenicTW?
So, if you do not mind, I would like with you to cooperate. There can be I could give you useful ideas or something...I can be engaged in graphic design, study of balance, strategic map, tactical maps... And so on.

P.S. I am sorry for English...)))
But my understanding is much better than mine writing... ))

Thanks.
It not so is simple... Believe me... Besides on a forum too much superfluous information and firstly difficultly to be guided is valid
