The simplicity of Templars' garment is for sure beyond competition, but if fancy is the name of your game, how about the Mounted Gendarmes (or are they called Gendarmes)?

The Sipahi of the Porte have an interesting look, but what would be a truly great looking unit would be the model of a Polish Retainer's rider on a Kataphraktos/Khwarazmian horse with the Chivalric Knight lance and a Longbowman shield.
