Cathedrals in Il de france (sp)

How come I can't build cathedrals in il de france with the french in high GA with medmod 3.14? I even have a fortress... How can I change this to make me able to?

Just 2 little questions, did you build a church and a monastery? did you check the read me file for any info regarding that?

I have a church, monastery, and reliquary. I haven't come up with any information (in medmod text and vanilla text)....

You can only have one cathedral in your kingdom. Are you positive there are no other cathedrals in your provinces?

Hidden cathedral in one of the provinces i conquered from the aragons... but now its too late and there's no more points awarded for notre dame cathedral :/
