Holy crap, yesterday i brought viking invasion and vikings are so ultimately cool..

My viking king is an unstopable machine of death, he lands on coastal provinces against unthinkable odds and tears them all apart like an aminal, before mercilessly butchering any prisoners...

this guy is truly a psycho... i send him into combat with the unit of the enemy general, and u can see him run strait at the guy with the big flag, and slaughters him within at least 10 seconds... this guy is like valour 10 or somehting with all these crazy virtues..

omg.

anyway viking invasion is really cool and fixed all my slowness problems, i think it was directX or somehting..

I thought the Vikings were pretty tough too until I ran into my group of Saxon huscarles. My king started learning how to weave a blanket after my first few run-ins with these bad boys.

man this is so cool... there was this fortified village with 50 peasants in it so i used my king and his 3 remaining bodyguard to break down the gate and kill everyone inside... had to turn the speede up a little to make it break the gate faster...

then next turn he died of illness D= and his panzy take command

i think im gonna make a really tough general so he never dies..

I've also had a really good viking king once, he and his unit didn't lose more than 5 man thoughout the entire time of his lifespan, he managed to invade in the north and go all the way to wales where he pretty much wiped them out. In his last two battles his unit alone took out over 800+ welsh including an attack against a village. He ended up with valour 8 + loads of good V+V's giving him good attacks, lost him to the 56 year bug though http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/angry.gif. His replacement was still a pretty good fighter but wasn't as good as my first.
