2 - Playing as the Turks, my king got captured ( I send him on a suicide mission ) . I bought him back and his early Ghulam body guards turned into High Ghulam body guards.

P.S Does one has to talk to a staff member to get promoted? I feel I have acclimitised niceley.

1) Well it seems like crusades will loot any muslim land is controlled by catholics hasnt happedn to me but others.

Kulgan, you are at the intermediate level, next available level for you would be Senior Member, which is given to patrons who are long standing members of the community and have made helpful contributions in one area or another.
so with you being fairly new, it may take some time to achieve Senior status....LOS
