Modifying Campaign Map

I want to make Switzerland part of Swabia & Tyrol part of Bavaria (meaning eliminate them as separate provinces and join their territory to above provinces). Assuming I use Wellington's tool, how hard is this and how exactly do I go about it?

Well after reading Wellington's documentation, it seems I had the wrong idea about his app. I don't want to create a new map, I just want to make 2 changes to the original map...does that make this any easier?

GL in what you are trying to do, I look forward to the answer, as I want to go the other way. I would like to split two provinces up to make four....

Thanks. I found a thread last night which you may have already seen that I think might give both of us pointers in the right direction? Looks like Berengario accomplished both: split some provinces and combined others:
