the 'commander of the army', for example, meaning the second in overall command after the emperor was called megas domestikos;
the 'commander of the fleet' was called megas doux
for 'commander of the stables' i've found both megas konostaulos, with a regular konostaulos being the frankish constable, and also protostrator
for 'chamberlain...' and 'chancellor of the palace', i still have to look, mostly because i'm not sure what's meant by those titles...

p.s. does anyone know the ecclesiastical titles for the muslim factions? having an 'archbishop of cairo' seems... weird...
