Since these questions have probably been addressed at least 100 times, I was wondering if anyone could point me toward a how to guide/post that expains the following (if either are possible)-

A\ How to create a Historical Campaign and-

B\ How to enlarge a certain area of the existing Strat.Map eg, northern Europe, and exclude the other areas.

I did a search but couldn't find anything although I could have sworn that I've seen these topics covered.

I've only modded the Crusader and Build prods so far so I'll probably need a "For Idiots" type thing- http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/gc-book2.gif
