Norseman, the car is the rider unit, the other bif is the parented horse. then you have to adjust the origin points of the car in order to get it on right position.

Yep, I already did a clean install (The truth, I got on My 2nd comp, 20Giga free, and did 4 clean installs for the best mtw mods. I already got medmod, Napoleonic, gonna install Stw and Htw asap.
The lack of the self installer is something Im a bit afraid. If the next beta will arrive soon, maybe I'll wait fot it.
