Playing as mongols in campain

Hello. Can someone please tell me how to play as Mongols in Campain. I know its in the file startpos but how and where do I change the minor to major? thanks

I did that. But am i supposed to do something on campain? a cheat or something? When i change it to Major and go to game, start a new campain, there not there.
