Hi there technicians,
I've been editing bifs using 22b bif reader,
But I can't see how to convert BMP's's or TGA's to BIf's, tried a few topic searches but no luck yet.I know its probably straight forward given all the Bif modding thats seems apparent. So if anyone can tell me how I can convert BMP's Jpegs, TGA's to create new Bif's ill be as happy as a very happy somebody. Does Ms paintshop pro, version...? allow this. Tried the Irfan viewer and Photoshop6 also MS Paint shop. I've got other drawing and 3d progs like Freehand 10 and 3dsMax, if this helps (haven't tried them yet).
Cheers for the info,
Hopefully.

LOS, I've got a related (I think) question. What about the map bifs? I can open unit/building graphics using bifreader, and I can open the tgas and lbms and convert back and forth using Photoshop and Mithiel's Image Converter...but I can't open the minimap bifs with any of those apps?
