IF I try a cheat, si there any way to turn it off again, or am I stuck with it for the rest of the campaign?

thanks for any feedback

PS

Am I right in assuming that VI has changed the way castles are dealt with if assaulted - in my first MTW 1.0 campaign, I romped around assaulting castles and getting them at the same level as they were when I invaded. This time though, I can't see any reason to assault at all, as all that happens is that I loose troops in the process, and the castle drops a level, just as it does when I siege it ...

Depends on the cheat. The quick build cheat .worksundays. can be turned off by typing the code again. The ones that are reversible can be turned on or off by typing the code. Some of them you stuck with the results like the money cheat.

Assaulting fortifications no longer preserves the buildings, although you may get the province in better condition than w/o assault. Its a crapshoot now. I don't bother assaulting unless the garrison is small or I have massive amounts of cannon. I just love artillery http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

perhaps entering in a cheat twice will reverse??? am not sure though, and yes, i'd guess the florin cheat u would get stuck with...
otherwise, reloading might get you back
