King Davids "Patrician" Alway a great game but you might want to balance the units out as the romans simply can beat anybody i played 200v 1000 and won

I have a completed mod built over the Fall of Rome (ie, you need to install that first). It is only playable as the Romans, rebellious African Romans, or the Byzantine.

I have it set up so that the germanic barbarians all launch crusades by turn three, always against the Romans. For game purposes, Roman factions are all orthodox, Germans are all Christian. The pope is a non-playable Roman faction, just to cause trouble for the player. So far, i haven't managed to keep Rome together for more than 20 years.

The Byzantine are reasonable to play (although the game starts with a major Parthian army in Syria). The rebellious Afrcian Romans are pretty easy - all the cool roman units, without the barbarians on the doorstep.

Are there any homepages for Patrician and Fall of Rome?

I don't believe so. Patrician is an older mod, don't know if it is still supported. Fall of Rome is Max's mod, i'm just piggybacking on it, and also working on a new map for it. I don't think it'll be supported as well as HTW, or some of the other BIG mods.

A_B is right. I haven't a web page for Fall of Rome, only A_B and Hross af Guttenburg are helping me in order to make a new version of the mod. You can download Fall of Rome 2.0 in the download section.

These are some screenshots:
