Trippiest Thing Ever

So...I was playing the Byzantines today. The game was early, hard, med mod. It was going great. I had a very enjoyable centuries long cold war with the Italians (I have the time limit turned off), finally culminating in us being the only two factions left on the continent. This was interesting. We battled, etc...the Spanish emerged from rebellion. Finally a third faction Not so boring with just italians But no The next turn...BOTH kings of Spain, and Italy "die of ilness" and they both have no heirs
Both factions disintegrate
HALF of the map is friggin gray It's insanity I tell you I'm the only faction and there's just this huge expanse of rebel frontier around me. The rebels all have super high tech, high valour armies too... It's wicked fun

Just thought I'd share the trippiest event ever

Duuuuuuude You were right There's so many hardcore re-emergences I love it.

So first the Danes appear (I'm busy trying to snap up territories from the uber rebels, bribing is just cheap) they set up shop...I'm fine with that, then out bust the Papacy (who goes on to rampage through Europe and ending up with a size similar to HRE) and my good buddies the Italians. They consume all the provinces on the map. They brought their huge re-emergence armies...plus the rebel armies in the provinces. It's insane It's the first world war, everyone is just launching these ridiculous stacks at everyone else. I love it. :)
