I remeber seeing somebody here talking about it but I can't find it. I'd like to know, so I don't get heros spawning as archers or peasants. There is nothing worse than when a great hero emerges as a peasant or a archer.

Also, what is the time again for heros to appear? Is it 16 years? I forget.
