strategyinformer.com has some in the member's section of the forum.

I think there are also some on gamespot somewhere.

Link (http://internetgames.about.com/gi/dynamic/offsite.htm?site=http://www.activision.com/en%5FUS/game%5Fdownloads/3964776e%2D2af8%2D4b3e%2D8f3e%2Df26f2bb5caf2.html)

What did people think of the movies in terms of the way the troops fought, rather than their high quality?

The romans attacking lines of infantry in a Testudo I thought was odd, as was the Romans fighting not so much in a fixed line of shields, but in a far more open structure, wich I would have thought was not playing to their strengths.

The movies are great. Is anyone part of Total war center? They have a movie there with yellow legionaires(senate?) fighting berserkers and celtic warriors being decimated by catapult fire. Very nice http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Sorry, those aren't Roman legionaires. They are the Ageyaspides (sp?), an elite Seleucid copy of the Roman legions.

Didn't the Ageyaspides have Pikes in time commanders? Either way the movie was cool.

I know the house of Julius is represented with Red, Pompei Blue and is Scipio Green? So what is the senates colour?

Those guys are not legionaries

They are copies. But what their name is is a bit hard to determine. Gamestar from Germany called them Silver Shields (which fits with ancient accounts), but there has just been the poll where you could pick the Silver Shield Pikemen. Of course this could just mean there were more than one type of Silver Shields. And it is quite likely that the different Silver Shields occupy different times in the game.
