noob question

I recently reinstalled MTW on my hard disk, and when fighting battles I can't get rid of the timer. How do I disable it? I want to take the time to fight my battles.

You have to disable the timer if i remenber correctely

You were right, options menu, somewhere at the bottom of the parchment and printed smaller that the rest, so I must have overlooked it when I checked that menu the first time.
