BIF to BUF converter

I'm trying to make an agent and I was just wondering how you get the BIF to BUF converter to work? I've downloaded the program and wheneve I open the Buffy the BIF Slayer thing just a black screen comes up. Any help would be great.

I guess it works the same as Purpgrab:

Open the black screen and you Windows Explorer. Then drag your BIF into the black screen and release your mouse button. The program will then (hopefully) convert the BIF into BUF and the BUF will be placed in the same folder as the BIF.

I don't know of any special you'll need to take care off, as far as I know know this works.
