New Building - Secret Police (Egyptian Only?))

At the .COM - Secret Police facility - and it appears to be an Egyptian civ. only building from the description.

Looks good - other than the name being a bit anachornistic.

It's strange that they don't list any of its effects, save for some vague mention of rooting out the disaffected before they disaffect others http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/gc-anxious.gif

I suppose then, that the building helps keep down rebellion - a related question in my mind is whether this takes over the role of counter-espionage from the spy unit (at least for the Egyptians) http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/gc-curtain.gif
