stw: can i make new weapons

Hi i have the bif reader, and i know what to do with it, i have drawn in the new weapon on each of the frames, and hi-res frames, but the thing is, i do not know where the coding is that tells stw to use that weapon instead.

I'm not sure, but barocca changed the weapon the naginata uses. If you check those Clan Doragon library and archive links I provided to you elsewhere, you may find some information in there on how to do what you ask.
