I cant get the game to start with my new faction

Ok, I posted this on the topic about this, but obviously people are ignoring me. GAH Anyway, I added a new faction (the mafia) and I got past the Colum Faction Association Error, but now the damn game won't start It just hast the MTW box title thingy then that goes away, then the little taskbar thing comes up, in a second it goes away, and then it doesn't start Can someone who has added factions to the game tell me what the F*** i did wrong? Thanks in adavace
