Might have been that the updating wasn't complete or corrupted during uploading and seeing as how fast Barkhorn1x as always is he might have gotten there a bit to soon.

I suspect Barkhorn1x having made a certain script that lets a sound file, of mostlikely a sirene recording, to go off whenever totalwar.com gets updated. But that's just my guess.
