10 or 11?

If you go into a Startpos file it'll tell you that you can have up to 32 factions, including rebels. So including rebels, the game already has 21 factions. I add 10, but why is it when I try to add an eleventh that the game doesn't start? Is the limit infact 31?

I do believe the limit is 30 factions total (twenty original plus 10 new), but I'm not sure about that fact

Yeah that's what I thought, 31 including rebels.
