Honour!

Ok honour of units, how do you decide what gets higher or what gets lower! Me personally I get a power taisho to suprise people, sometime it work sometime it dont. Also how many times can high honour troops beat a larger low honour army. This I mean for online play of course, for example I have seen an h9 yari kick the arse of h2 monks and have enough left over to kill 3 more! I have seen high honour troops strom a hill and still rout the guys hitting down!
So what is how do you use honour, do you lower it so u can pick up about 3 extra monks, or do u higher it and worry about your flank!
