Napoleon Total War mod?

I have been reading that there is a mod for M:TW called Napoleon Total War. I have looked around but as of yet have been unable to find a link to this mod. Can anyone tell me where I can download this mod? Also, once I have downloaded it, how do I go about implementing it?

Cheers. Looks like I need the Viking expansion to run it though, which I don’t have. Ah well.
