Editing base morale?

Where is the column in Gnome for editing this statistic? I know there is a "Morale Bonus" column, but that appears to apply to something else (perhaps to a bonus for maintaining formation, ie for pikemen?). I'd like to change this stat if possible...

It's in the same column as melee, armour, speed, etc,...
It is named honour_level in that file.
