Davs Vikinghorde,
Have a look in the Repository. I belive you´ll find what you want there. It was there I found what I wanted when starting to mod the strat map amongst other things.

Hi PseR
I have looked there, but I find it a bit hard to understand all the things they are doing. Much of it is about making a new map, but I only want to edit the old map (new provinces). Im going to take another go at it today, hopefully it will work.

Just to get it clear, what do you want? Do you want new provinces in addition to the existing ones?

If so, then you need to make a new campaign map. The engine recognises provinces by the colouring of the province in LUKUPMAP.LBM in Textures\campmap\ (just open it using Ifranview, PSP or PS). Because of "file saving coding" you cannot use these programs to edit the LBM. Luckily LMM does, but first you will need to go through a laborous procedure. It all depends on how much you really want that extra province.

If not, then what do you mean?

Hi Duke John
I like to add some in addition to the existing ones. I have just downloaded LMM + the extra stuff. Should I just open the old map and edit it or do I start at chapter one (from the start)?
I reed someware that LMM is for MTW without VI, so were do I have to make those ajustments?

You need to start from scratch. You will need to make an image in which you draw all the boundaries/origins/ports/castles as described in the manual of LMM. I am starting a new chapter on making new strategic maps, it will take some time, but it seems that enough modders interested to make it worth the time.

Good luck,
Duke John
