Feel free to come up with somthing for either side. This is about who had more of an impact on america. Not a poll because that would be biased http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif
Tom wrote the Declaration and was instrumental in the Bill of Rights. Ben advocated the bicameral legislature and secured French support in the war for independence. Even so far. But Tom became president and bought Louisiana
So Jefferson wins not by a land slide but a land purchase
Ben Franklin all the way. He was instrumental in getting the French on our side, without him I doubt the US could even have existed and as great as the Declaration of Independence was it was the best of several that were there to be chosen from if it hadn't been Jefferson it would have been someone else. Also Franklin's reknown charm and wit which made him a lady killer in Paris even at his age are something everyone should admire.
There's reason's why he's the only non president on US currency and on the 100 dollar bill at that instead of a nickel and rarely used 2 dollar bill.
