Music - MTW Inspiration

I was wondering if the community here had any motivational music that goes well with playing MTW. Specifcially, I am interested in battle[B] type music.

Any ideas are welcome. Thanks in advance.

I do have a suggestion, but I warn you that it is about as un-mediaeval as you can go

See if you can get your hands on a symphonic poem by Richard Strauss named Ein Heldenleben (A Hero's Life). About three-fifths through, there comes a great battle scene between the hero and his critics which I find simply astonishing.

But bear in mind that it dates from the closing years of the nineteenth century, and it's complexity reflects this.

Good questions Geo. Any or all the LotR soundtracks are good as octavian suggested. Excalibur (if you can find it) is another good one. Henry V is alright. If you can disassociate the movie time period from the music, Patton and Gettysburg have some good martial/battle music as does Glory and Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan.
