hi, i was wondering if someone would kindly help me?

i would like to play shogun total war (the original) online but when i go into the game lobby there is no one there! i believe that it is my version to be out of date... I have version 1.0.0.1

What is the latest version required to play online and could you please provide me with the link to download it from!

First of all download patch 1.12 for (original) STW. Secondly you don't see noone because there IS noone! On old STW during the day its quite empty, but on evenings there are always those 6-15 people or so.

Download Shogun112. That's the v1.12 patch for STW which is the one you need for online play. Unzip it and run setup.
