Valour buildings

As everyone here knows, a unit with increased valour will stay in a battle longer, even when I begins to go south. I know that there are certain buildings you can construct within a province to help turn out higher-valour units, but I am not certain as to what those buildings are. Could anyone clear this up?

master level of reqs will increase valour by one.

ie. req for FMAA is swordsmith. master swords building will grant +1 valour to FMAA.

however, units with multiple reqs like kngihts would depend and may require master level for all.
