Konnichiwa all...

just a quick note to say that i look forward to getting back into the swing of things tomorrow (sunday 05-16)... got my patches installed and tested things out earlier today (thanks to AggonyKiller and YoungYogoBear for a good game)... going to d/l mappack 3.05 and statswapper (thanks for your input, Mimesaka) in a few minutes, so i should be all set... i'm planning to show up the the Foyer around 1:00 (EDT) or so, but if earlier or later is better, please LMK... hope to see many of you there...

yes, it was great to be back... at one point, you actually had to scroll down to see everyone in the Foyer... more than i recall ever seeing last year... alas, there was a shortage of people able to host games, so i only managed to get 3 in (thanks to everyone)... man, i'm rusty i forgot how quickly you can go from fighting to routing http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/eek.gif i managed to do a little better by the 3rd battle, but still not quite where i should be... need to sharpen that old Katana a bit more...

anyway, it was good to see you on the battlefield, Mimesaka... i hope to be a more familiar face around the Foyer in the future... GaiJin, if you're listening, it was good to see you as well; i'll try to present you with a more formidable challenge next time...

also, i'll keep working w/ this cable connection... it's been running through the same old NAT router i had before, and i know i can't host that way... but i'm sure i can jack it directly into my comp and solve that problem... i tried yesterday, but it totally confused my box http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/gc-inquisitive.gif , and i was running out of time to actually play... should i manage to get it working, i will be able to host multi's; 2v2's for certain, probably 3v3's, and maybe 4v4's... i'll post if/when i get it figured out...
