Hi, I was wondering if any of you have noticed this, I found the text document in the total war folder that lists the glorious achievement goals and some of them I have never seen before, even when playing well past the date in which they supposedly appear, such as;
Lombard Legue (Italians)
Jerusaleum (Egypt)
Stand Fast (Poland)
Christianization (Poland)

some others too, does anyone else have this problem?

First of all welcome to the Org. Armchair Athlete http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/wave.gif

And as for your question; it's probably that the CA intended to use those GA in game, but later left them behind, just like many other files...

EC

cool, thanks, do you know if there is any way I can mod it to put them back in?

I think the one thing the modders don't know how to do is to mod GAs.

I think possibly the homelands but I don't think anything else.

ok then, thanks for help anyway, I guess I will just have to put up with GA the way it is (not that its that bad anyway..) I just wish I was as interesting for all the factions as it is for the Germans and French (The Krak de Chevalliers is a blast)

The problem with the GA-goals is that it's hard to find all the years in which they're supposed to appear

yep, a leading reason for me to play HRE or French is for the GAs.

except for Swabians, I don't really see much worthwhile units and the position isn't great either.
