Online Registration

On Shogun Total War, if anyone still plays, I'm trying to log in to the EA Play. When I enter my username and password for EA gaming, it says they are not correct, and asks if I've registered at the totalwar website. I went there, but I couldn't find out where I could register. Anyone else have this problem? And if so, how's they get around it?
