its says connection time out or web page not available.Or may need to adjust browser settings?

Hmmm I no expert but sounds like isp. It took a while to download as I downloaded the one with the installer but I believe the A.S maps come in three zipfiles also.
I also find downloading things on Sunday mornings seems to be best time.
