AFAIK(As Far As I Know) That refers to a common misspelling of THE when one types quickly is very easy to hit keys in the wrong order. Usually producing words like teh instead of the

I think the fist person I ever saw say 't3h ban' was Soly. He has also used the hilarious 'biggety banned' on occasion.
