And to match the other thread what is your most hated terrain feature on any map? Not your most hated map! Mine is on Buzen province (next to Harima) where I usually set up in the left corner. The point is that when you rout the enemy from here your pursuers get stuck on a big redzone hill and can't catch the enemy, and sometimes are so disordered that their reinforcements catch you! Killed about 10,000 Mongols on that province during JDD but always that hill gave me grief.
Difficult to say. http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/wink.gif
I personally don't like the defender's hill on 4th Kawanakajima; too bad for guns who are terribly useless when attacking frontally.
I like the temple at Nagashima, but sometimes it becomes my worst nightmare, wonder why! http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/biggrin.gif

I partialy hate that hill in Shinano from where attaking reinforcements of the enemy come (and it is also the routing destinesion). Sometimes you dont even notice that archers are shooting at you from behind the hill.

Ragged!!!
Is the most difficult place to attack.
Defender has a huge hill that can hold up to 2 armies on it. 80% of the map is covered in woods and the terrain in very uneven.
Entirely flat maps are also crap, 4th mmight be flat but that point there on the little hill gives the defender a huge edge.

Any castle.
Any bridge.
I dont think either belongs in this game.

I agree with D. Castles are a joke and bridges are unrealisitic.
