Adding Clans to Shogun

Is it possible to add more clan to Shogun? Would I be able to add the Date, Asakura, Ôtomo, Miyoshi, and Chosokobe to the map or are the clans hard coded? Also, if you are are able to add those clans, how will it effect gameplay? Has someone already done this?

I've seen a few mods and even made a couple (bad) mods for Shogun. The Dungeon more than likely has the answers to your questions.

I have seen MTW mod That is almost same than shogun...it had even videos...More provinces and same Clans.
