Favourite faction colour?

Just curious to know what other people's tastes are in regards to most striking looking faction in MTW? For me it would have to be the Danes, as the combination of white and red makes the whole army look rather regal on the battlefield. Even the simple peasants look more 'useful' compared to other factions.

Maybe it's just because I'm playing the Danes a lot lately but it just doesn't seem to me that the other factions have the same colour appeal or charisma about them. The Polish would be my second favourite for visual appeal.

What are other's preferences?

when I saw your topic, I thought bold red, just like you, for the most striking (in a good way). However, I would probably consider the blue of the French to be the most suave.

I'm partial to the yellow and light blue of the Russians. My other favorties are Italian, Turkish, and German colors. I generally dislike the solid colors because they seem so boring. I find colorful armies to be much more fun to fight against and control.

Swiss colours for me. Or should I say shades. Whatever. White and black pretty much. Fits the discipline of the pikemen or something...

The Byzantine purple is very regal; but I'd have to say the Italians have the most striking color combination.

French blue or Byzantine purple. This colours were considered royal colours during medieval times.

danes, french, spanish and i dont like this type of orange but almohad color makes them look different.

The green Italian flag reminds me of the Rohirrim flag from LOTR, making it my favorite with the French as a close second.

Byz purple, I wish it had the imperial eagle upon it, and the Italian green are my favorites. I kinda like the German colors too.

I just hate egyptian colors and love those green Turks.

The Polish colours are pretty nice.

Byz purple and Turkish green is eye candy too.

Don't like the plain yellow Spanish units.

I like the Byantine regal colours, the Italian flamboyance and the Swiss gritty, disciplined shades. Oh, and the fiery English red. I don't like the colours of the Islamic factions, though. But Egyptian saracen infantry do look quite cool.
