Problem with readbif23b in windows xp....

Im using the readbif23b from the files downloads and im getting parts of the transparent green colour of new or edited bifs black...

Im on windows xp home and an amd athlon 1,53 ghz 256 ddr ram laptop...

any reolies would be cencerely appreceated...
