Go to this website.

Click on the link: "Use this link to either log onto the Ea..."

If you are not logged on to EA this will take you to a login in screen. If you do not have an account you will have to create one. Once you have an account login using your username and password. This will take you to a page with 4 links on it. Select the "Continue" link. You will now be taken to a page where you can create a shogun username, family name, and password.
