Napoleonic Total War error

Hello,

I have the following windows error -

Line infantry
Unknown unit name parsing deadpage coords file


I have a clean install of MTW. I did not install Viking TW yet. I installed the full beta 2 version then installed the upgrade to version 3.

My system is a P4 3.0G, 1G RAM, Geforce4Ti4800, WD 8mb cache harddrive, and running WinXP Pro with all patches done,

You need VI.

Sorry about that. I did read the part about the VI. But I thought it simply meant the MTW version. THe 1.03 NTW specified a staight clean version of MTW.

Just one question if I install MTW then goto IV. Is it OK if I install full 2.0 version NTW then do 3.0? Thats in two steps. or do I need to install all the patches?

Install MTW (v1.0).
Install VI (v2.0).
1. patch VI to v2.01.
2. Install NTW Beta 2.0 Full Install.
3. Install NTW Beta 2.0 100k patch.
4. Install NTW Beta 2.09 update.
5. Install NTW Beta 3x update.

You can just download v2 and 3 without patches. You should also use the VI patch.
