I'm looking for a good book about Alexander's campaigns, and I dont really know which one to get....

I heard that Arrian's "Campaigns of Alexander" is very good, but I still wanted some more insight.

Anyone wants to give me a hand?

Cheers. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/cheers.gif

Try Alexander the Great by Robin Lane Fox... great book, going deep into detail on Alexander's campaign and personality, as well as his tactics and army.

R L Fox is very good, but I always preferred the work by the great Cambridge scholar N G L Hammond: 'Alexander, King, Commander, and Statesman'
