Don't Feed the Trolls
Troll or Gnome is ancient bbs saying,
referring to peeps that post messages to inflame and incite.
What do we do about Trolls in the Foyer?
There is nothing we can do,
EA/CA have very occaisionally stepped in and revoked CD keys for people convicted of Troll(ing).
There is no reasonto assume they won't do the same again if things continue to escalate...
On the whole it is up to us as a community to do the hard work.
The hard work here is IGNORE them, even if they flame away after a game, and you know they are full of it, just IGNORE them.
It matters not that they are totally out of line, and totally wrong, just let them scream at NO-ONE.
Trolls thrive on the attention, like a pathetic weed they will soon die off if you don't feed them.

It is hard, especially when they are being very insulting, but it is the only way.

in the foyer just type
#Ignore Troll
remembe the space between command and name
and change Troll to the players name whose language you find offensive.
That person CANNOT talk to you, all messages from the Troll are discarded, messages he send to you in private, messages he post on the chat board,
to you the Troll will be silent - utterly
