ok so i am starting this one and guessing it will fit into this place of the org...
i'll start off with simple stuff i know and add on, i hope others do so, then perhaps one could just come here and find a good answer to a question about it...
to trigger the vices and virtues...
easy ones...
Butcher>>>execute over 1000 captured prisoners in one single battle 'in progress'...that's one push of the squishy button...

Scant Mercy>>>one instance of executing prisoners in a battle for one general...could be 1, 6, 20, or 600, still does it.
No Mercy>>>Secret Bloodlover>>>Bloodlover>>>continue to do so and often...meaning press squishy button much...

Builder>>>these go with a province ruler who stays in a province the whole time things are being built...goes for the ruler as a whole, no matter where he is...gets better the more u build...

Trader>>>same as builder for the ruler...building mines and merchant stuff does it...more the better

Steward>>>same as builder for ruler...all farmland stuff i spose...more the better

i'll add more later, and still though, i wish to know them all, at least which ones can be 'triggered' somehow

There is the Informants/Spy Network/Assasinator tree that is triggered by being spied on. Surviving an assasination gets you one (randomly?) from a selection of assasin ones.

Not just assasins, but spies too.

Inbred is caused by ur king marrying a cousin instead of a foriegn princess.

Secret incest and incest are caused by u marrying ur daughter.

Using Inquisitors or Grand Inquisitors can trigger certain v&v too. The ones I remember are: secret atheist, atheist, believer, and probably some few more.

An easy way to get Builder is to build watchtowers and guardtowers, then demolish them and repeat. One turn each time means you'll get Builder in no time

oh yes, and the same is with repeating mines and merchants/farmlands...for trader and steward stuff

oh yes, merciful and i believe the tyrant stuff, that gets to the king as far as the choices to execute after battle, unsure of the generals and heirs though...
